A: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us with your tracking number and we’ll assist you.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. All orders within the USA ship free. For Australia (AU), Canada (CA), and New Zealand (NZ), orders over USD $69 qualify for free shipping.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?

A: Yes, items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

A: A $5 return shipping fee applies to all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A: Yes. Final Sale items and underwear cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
