Return and Refund Policy


At Soft Intention, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility


For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged underwear with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. If your item does not meet these conditions, we regret that we will be unable to process your return.

Return Timeframe


You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items


Final Sale items: Any items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Underwear: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return


To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at support@softintention.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for the return. If the item is defective, please include a photo of the defect.
Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@softintention.co.

 

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@softintention.co with a photo of the issue, and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
