At Soft Intention, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds based on your location.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The request is made within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Domestic vs. International Returns
To maintain sustainable shipping practices, our return policy differs by region:

United States Orders: We accept returns for any reason within the 30-day window.

For non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, style preference): A $5.00 return shipping fee and a 13% restocking & reprocessing fee will be deducted from your total refund.

For quality issues: Soft Intention will cover all return costs.

International Orders (Outside USA): Due to high international logistics costs, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size).

Full refunds or replacements are provided only for quality defects, shipping damage, or lost packages.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
4. How to Start a Return
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to submit your request through our automated system:

Sign in to your account:

Click the Profile Icon in our store menu.

Enter your email address and click "Continue".

Open the verification email sent from our store and copy the six-digit code.

Submit Request:

Find the order you wish to return and click "Request Return".

Select the specific items and a return reason.
-
Click "Request Return" again to finish.

What happens next? If approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved Returns: Refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Deductions: For non-quality returns (US orders), the $5.00 shipping fee and 13% restocking fee will be subtracted from the final refund amount.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
