Join the Soft Intention Creator Community

Note Shopify Collabs is currently not accepting new creator signups directly. However, creators can still join our community through brand invitations or by submitting an application to collaborate with Soft Intention.
Soft Intention is a premium women’s intimate apparel brand focused on delivering comfortable, confidence-boosting bras designed for modern women. Through Shopify Collabs, we partner with influencers, affiliates, and creators who share our passion for comfort, confidence, and authentic storytelling.
Once you join our community, you’ll be able to collaborate with us on product promotions, earn commissions, and share exclusive offers with your audience.

Creating a Collabs Account

After creating your Shopify Collabs account, you can manage your profile and account settings directly in the Collabs app for creators.
Currently, creators can create a Collabs account only if they:
  • Receive a direct invitation from Soft Intention, or
  • Submit an application to join our creator community.（Applications must be reviewed and approved before collaborations begin.）

Submit an Application to Work with Soft Intention

Soft Intention may provide a dedicated application page on our website where creators can apply to join our Collabs community.

Steps

  1. Click the application link on our website to apply to collaborate with Soft Intention.
  2. Log in with your Shopify account, or create a new Shopify account if needed.
  3. Answer a few questions about your content and audience, then click Next.
  4. Connect your social media accounts so we can review your content.
  5. Review your application details and click Send Application.
  6. Download the Shopify Collabs app (iOS or Android) and log in with your Shopify account.
  7. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a notification in the Collabs app if you’re approved to collaborate with Soft Intention.

Accept an Invitation from Soft Intention

You might also receive an email invitation from Soft Intention to join our creator community.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email and click Review Offer.
  2. Review the collaboration details and click Accept Offer.
  3. Log in with your Shopify account or create a new one.
  4. Review the community guidelines, then click Sounds Good.
  5. Download the Shopify Collabs app (iOS or Android) and log in to manage your creator profile.

Connect Your Social Media Accounts

After creating your Collabs account, you can connect your social media platforms to showcase your content and audience.
Supported platforms include:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
Connecting your social accounts helps brands like Soft Intention understand your content style and audience engagement.

Connect a Facebook Page

To connect Facebook to Shopify Collabs, you must have an active Facebook Page. Personal profiles (including professional mode accounts) cannot be connected.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify Collabs dashboard, go to Settings → Social Accounts.
  2. Click Connect next to Facebook.
  4. Approve the requested Facebook permissions.
  5. Select the Facebook Page you want to connect.
  6. Click Continue, then OK.

Troubleshooting Facebook Connection Issues

If you experience connection problems:
  • Make sure you have an active Facebook Page.
  • Ensure Off-Facebook Activity tracking is enabled.
  • Clear your browser cache or try Incognito mode.
  • Log out and back into the correct Facebook account.
  • Remove Shopify Collabs from Facebook Business Integrations and reconnect.

Connect an Instagram Account

You can connect either:
  • Instagram Creator or Business accounts (full features), or
  • Personal Instagram accounts (limited features).

Steps

  1. In your Collabs dashboard, go to Settings → Social Accounts.
  2. Click Connect next to Instagram.
  3. If you’re using a Creator or Business account, confirm it’s linked to a Facebook Page.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the connection.

Troubleshooting Instagram Connection Issues

Common solutions include:
  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Instagram account.
  • Verify which Facebook Page your Instagram account is linked to.
  • Clear your browser cache or reconnect using Incognito mode.
  • If the wrong account is connected, disconnect it and reconnect the correct one.

Connect a YouTube Channel

Creators can also connect their YouTube channel to display video content within their Collabs profile.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Social Accounts in your Collabs dashboard.
  2. Click Connect next to YouTube.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the connection.

Troubleshooting YouTube Connection Issues

If you see the error “To connect you must have a YouTube channel”, it means the Google account you're using doesn't have owner permissions for that channel.
To fix this:
  • Open YouTube Studio.
  • Go to Settings → Permissions.
  • Confirm your Google account is listed as Owner.
  • If not, contact the channel owner or connect using an account with owner permissions.

Delete a Collabs Account

Creators can delete their Shopify Collabs account at any time through the Collabs app or website.

In the Collabs App

  1. Tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Delete Collabs Account.
  4. Choose a reason from the dropdown menu.
  5. Tap Send Verification Email.
  6. Enter the verification code from your email.
  7. Tap Delete.

On the Collabs Website

  1. Log in to the Collabs website.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Profile tab, select Delete Collabs Account.
  4. Choose a reason from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click Send Verification Email.
  6. Enter the verification code from your email.
  7. Click Delete.
