Thank you for shopping at Soft Intention! We strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for details on shipping times, rates, and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders within the U.S. are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders outside the U.S. are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which helps you to follow the status of your delivery.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at admin@softintention.co with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged Items


If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at support@softintention.co with your order number and photos of the damage.
